Cancelling Appointments

In the event that a standing appointment needs to be canceled, the process is as easy as voiding a standing ticket.

Cancelling an Appointment

  1. From the Appointment Book, click or tap on the appointment to be canceled.
  1. Click or tap on the "Delete Itinerary" button located at the far left of the bottom button array.
  1. A confirmation pop-up will then appear. Click or tap on the "Yes" button to confirm the appointment deletion.
