In the event that a standing appointment needs to be canceled, the process is as easy as voiding a standing ticket.
Cancelling an Appointment
- From the Appointment Book, click or tap on the appointment to be canceled.
- Click or tap on the "Delete Itinerary" button located at the far left of the bottom button array.
- A confirmation pop-up will then appear. Click or tap on the "Yes" button to confirm the appointment deletion.
