Booking Appointments

SuperSalon's Appointment Book has been optimized over the years to be as easy to use as possible. Bookings can be entered manually, or via the online check-in service.

Booking Appointments for Returning Customers

  1. Using the time increments on the left, and the employee roster across the top of the screen, click or tap on the time the client would like to come in, under the requested or available employee.
  1. In the "Add New Item" pop up, click or tap on the "Book Service" button.
  1. Search for the client by either name, phone number, or ZIP Code. Results will populate with every character typed to speed up the process.
  1. Select the customer by clicking or tapping on their name, their customer info and history will populate on the right.
  1. Use the "Next" button, highlighted in the image to move on to Ticket Options.
  1. In the Ticket Options screen, select the service requested by the customer using the "Select Service" button. From there the user can drill down to the service based on category.
  1. With the correct service selected, click or tap on the "Create Appointment" button.
  1. The appointment will then appear in the Appointment Book, slightly transparent. Additional services can be added to it via the "Add/Remove Services" button in the lower left.
  1. Click or tap on the "Done" button to create the appointment.
  1. Review the Appointment Options screen for accuracy, and/or confirm the appointment using the green smiley faced "Confirm Appointment" button in the lower array.
  1. Click or tap on the "Ok" button in the lower right to return to the Appointment Book.

Booking Appointments for New Customers

  1. Using the time increments on the left, and the employee roster across the top of the screen, click or tap on the time the client would like to come in, under the requested or available employee.
  1. In the "Add New Item" pop up, click or tap on the "Book Service" button.
  1. Select the "Add New Customer" button located in the bottom left corner of the customer selection screen.
  1. Fill in all the customer information required by the location, and when finished, use the "Save and Use" button to go to the Ticket Options screen.
  1. In the Ticket Options screen, select the service requested by the customer using the "Select Service" button. From there the user can select the Service based on category.
  1. With the correct service selected, click or tap on the "Create Appointment" button.
  1. The appointment will then appear in the Appointment Book, slightly transparent. Additional services can be added to it via the "Add/Remove Services" button in the lower left.
  1. Click or tap on the "Done" button to create the appointment.
  1. Review the Appointment Options screen for accuracy, and/or confirm the appointment using the green smiley faced "Confirm Appointment" button in the lower array.
  1. Click or tap on the "Ok" button in the lower right to return to the Appointment Book.
