Employee Contact List

Location: Reports > Payroll > Employee Contact List

This simple report displays the names of all active employees along with their given contact information.

Use Cases by Role

  • Salon Owner: This report can be used by salon owners to send seasonal greetings and/or invites to employees during special occasions.
  • Salon Manager: Salon managers can reference this report when they need to contact us staff member to come in for a shift.
  • Salon Employee: Stylists and other salon employees can use this report when they need to contact other staff members to offer a trade in shifts.

Data Filters

  • Select a Store: Clicking or tapping here will open the interface that allows the user to select the store(s) that will be be used for the report.
  • Enter Date Range: Clicking or tapping into this field will generate a calendar interface for the user to select a single date, or a date range.
  • Search By: Users can display the report data by either the date of the commission edit, or the date of the transaction, by selecting one of these two bubbles.
  • Generate Report: Clicking or tapping on this button will generate the report based on the other filter criteria.

Metrics Tracked

  • Employee Name: The names of all active staff members are listed in this column alphabetically by last name.
  • Position: The current position the staff member is assigned to on their employee profile.
  • Phone Number: The current phone number of the staff member on their employee profile.
  • Cell Phone: The mobile number of the staff member on their employee profile.
  • Address: The physical street address of the staff member on their employee profile.
  • City: The city where the staff member currently lives found on their employee profile.
  • State: The current US state or Canadian province where the employee currently resides found on their employee profile.
  • Zipcode: The numeric ZIP Code of the staff member on their employee profile.
