Mobile Analytics Report

Location: Reports > Multi-Store > Mobile Analytics

Users who have taken advantage of the Salon Check in and SuperSalon Mobile App enhancement modules will find this report useful for gauging how well these features are performing with clients.

Use Cases by Role

  • Salon Owner: Salon owners who are utilizing the Salon Check in and/or the SuperSalon Mobile App enhancement modules will find this report useful for seeing how successful they are.
  • Salon Manager: Salon managers who are responsible for monitoring the successes of enhancement modules will find this report quite useful.
  • Salon Employee: Stylists and other frontline salon staff find value in this report by seeing just how much revenue is generated by a particular enhancement module.

Data Filters

  • Select Stores: Clicking or tapping here will open the interface that allows the user to select the store(s) that will be be used for the report.
  • Select a Date Range: Clicking or tapping into this field will open the interface that allows the user to select a single day, or date range for the purposes of the report.
  • Generate Report: Clicking or tapping on this button will generate the report based on the other filter criteria.

Metrics Tracked

  • Store: This column will display the stores that are being examined for the purposes of the report.
  • Total Completed Check ins (Call ahead): The number of call ahead appointments that were received in the timeframe of the report.
  • Total Completed Check ins (Mobile): This column displays the total number of successful check ins that were performed via the SuperSalon Mobile App.
  • Total Completed Check ins (Web): The amount of check ins that were performed via the SalonCheckin enhancement module will be displayed in this column.
  • Total Call ahead Transactions: The number of call ahead appointments that resulted in processed tickets for the given date range.
  • Total Mobile Transactions: This column will display the total number of processed tickets that were the result of appointments booked via the Mobile App.
  • Total Webbed Transactions: This will display the total number of processed tickets that were the result of the Salon Check in website.
  • Call ahead Revenue: The total dollar amount that was generated by call ahead appointments in the given time span.
  • Mobile Revenue: The total dollar amount of all revenue generated by the SuperSalon Mobile App as a result of completed tickets.
  • Web Revenue: This column will display a dollar value of all the revenue generated by the SalonCheckin enhancement module.
