Audit Statistics Report

Location: Reports > Audit > Statistics

Summary of various tracked ticket demographics regarding customer tracking but also the tracking of various ticket types such as Redos, Refunds, Voids and tickets that were modified by the staff.

Data Filters

  • Select Stores: Select the store(s) that will be be used for the report.
  • Select Date: Select the date or range of dates to run the report for.
  • Sort by: This drop down allows users to sort the generated data by either date or employee.
  • Generate Report: Click here to generate the report.

Metrics Tracked

Summary Section
  • Completed Tickets: The total number and percentage of tickets been completed.
  • Voids: The total number and percentage of tickets that were voided.
  • Redos: The total number and percentage of tickets that were redos.
  • Walks: The total number of customers who were counted using the Look & Walk button.
Customer Statistics Section
  • Gender: The counts and percentage of male, female, child and unknown(when no gender is selected) tickets.
  • Source: The counts and percentages of customer sources tracked. Sources are setup in Software Settings.
  • Type: The counts and percentage of New, Recurring, Quick Sale and unknown customers on tickets.
  • Age: The counts and percentage of age ranges as defined in Software Settings.
  • Total Customers: The total amount of customer tickets.
Employee Statistics Section
  • Name: The name of the employee.
  • New Tickets: The count and percentage of New customers the employee serviced.
  • Repeat: The count and percentage of Repeat customers the employee serviced.
  • Customers: The total number of customers the employee serviced.
  • Refunds: The count and percentage of Refund tickets by the employee.
  • Redos: The count and percentage of Redo tickets by the employee
  • Requests: The count and percentage of the number of times a customer requested the employee specifically to perform their service. Service requests setting must be enabled in the system.
  • New Customer Returns: The count and percentages of new customers that returned to the location.
  • Total Customer Returns: The count and percentages of all customers who have returned to the location.
Redo Tickets Section
  • Daily ID: The ticket number of the redo ticket.
  • Date: The date and time of the redo.
  • Employee: The name of the employee who performed the redo.
Voided Tickets Section
  • Daily ID: The ticket number of the voided ticket.
  • Date: The date and time that the ticket was voided.
  • Employee: The name of the employee who voided the ticket.
  • Reason for Void: The given reason why the ticket was voided.
  • Void Amount: The total of the voided ticket.
Modified Tickets Section
  • Daily ID: The ticket number of the modified ticket.
  • Date: The date and time that the ticket was modified.
  • Employee: The name of the employee who modified the ticket.
  • Reason for Void: The given reason why the ticket was modified.
  • Void Amount: The total of the modified ticket.
Refunds Section
  • Daily ID: The ticket number of the refunded ticket.
  • Date: The date and time that the ticket was refunded
  • Employee: The name of the employee who refunded the ticket.
  • Description: The services and/or retail products that were refunded.
  • Amount: The total amount refunded on the ticket.

Report Calculations

Summary Section 

*Note - The total number of tickets used here is not found on this report, please add Completed Count to Void Count for total 

  • Completed Tickets: #of Completed Tickets divided by Total number of tickets (which counts voids also) then multiply result by 100
  • Voids: #of Voided Tickets divided by Total number of tickets (which counts voids also) then multiply result by 100
  • Redos: #of Redo Tickets divided by Total number of tickets (which counts voids also) then multiply result by 100
Customer Statistics Section
  • Gender
    • Male: # of Male tickets divided by #of Completed Tickets (does not include voids) then multiply result by 100
    • Female: # of Female tickets divided by #of Completed Tickets (does not include voids) then multiply result by 100
    • Child: # of Child tickets (Child counts are not factored into Male/Female counts) divided by #of Completed Tickets (does not include voids) then multiply result by 100
      • Unknown
      • Ticket: # of tickets where the Gender was not selected divided by #of Completed Tickets (does not include voids) then multiply result by 100
      • Quick Sale:  # of Quick Sale tickets where the Gender was not selected divided by #of Completed Tickets (does not include voids) then multiply result by 100
  • Source

    • Ticket: # of tickets where each source was selected divided by #of Completed Tickets (does not include voids) then multiply result by 100
    • Quick Sale:  # of Quick Sale tickets where each source was selected divided by #of Completed Tickets (does not include voids) then multiply result by 100
  • Type
    • Recurring: # of tickets where Repeat/Recurring was selected divided by #of Completed Tickets (does not include voids) then multiply result by 100
    • New:  # of tickets where New was selected divided by #of Completed Tickets (does not include voids) then multiply result by 100
      • Unknown
      • Ticket: # of tickets where New/Repeat/Recurring was not selected divided by #of Completed Tickets (does not include voids) then multiply result by 100
      • Quick Sale:  # of Quick Sale tickets where New/Repeat/Recurring was not selected divided by #of Completed Tickets (does not include voids) then multiply result by 100
  • Age
    Ages are configured in Software Settings>Sales>Reports
    • Teen: # of tickets where Teen selected divided by #of Completed Tickets (does not include voids) then multiply result by 100
    • Senior: # of tickets where Senior was selected divided by #of Completed Tickets (does not include voids) then multiply result by 100
    • Child: # of tickets where Child was selected divided by #of Completed Tickets (does not include voids) then multiply result by 100
    • Adult: # of tickets where Adult was selected divided by #of Completed Tickets (does not include voids) then multiply result by 100
      • Unknown
      • Ticket: # of tickets where Age was not selected divided by #of Completed Tickets (does not include voids) then multiply result by 100
      • Quick Sale:  # of Quick Sale tickets where Age was not selected divided by #of Completed Tickets (does not include voids) then multiply result by 100
  • Total Customers: Total number of completed tickets (does not include void)
Employee Statistics Section
  • New Tickets: # of New Tickets divided by Customers then multiply result by 100
  • Repeat: # of Repeat Tickets divided by Customers then multiply result by 100
  • Redos: # of Redo Tickets divided by Customers then multiply result by 100
  • Requests: # of tickets the staff was specifically requested for during ticket creation divided by Customers then multiply result by 100
  • New Customer Returns: ???
  • Total Customer Returns: ???
