iOffice Live Chat

This new feature of iOffice was designed to assist users with simple problems or questions via a simple chat interface. This article will go over how to begin a chat conversation with our Support department, and what issues it should be used for.

Initiating a Live Chat in iOffice

  1. When you find yourself in need of assistance, click or tap the link shown below in iOffice to begin the chat session.

  1. You will then be asked to fill in a form name, email address, phone number, and a description of your question or issue. Clicking or tapping on "Start Chat" will send it over to Support.

  1. When a chat request has been successfully sent, a pop-up will appear showing the request has been sent to the queue.

Support Restrictions via Live Chat

For more in-depth and complicated issues, it is recommended that you notify Support by phone. Likewise any security issues issues such as those that involve logging in to resources should also be handled via phone.
