Basic user preferences for the iOffice user you are currently logged in with. Change your associated email address, password, and security questions for account retrieval.
iOffice User Preferences – General View
Note!
iOffice usernames cannot be changed.
The following pieces of information can be changed from this section, and locked into place by using the “Update Preferences” button located at the bottom.
- First Name
- Last Name
- Password
Password changes should be followed up with a verification email which can be issued via the Send Email Verification Link button located at the bottom of the interface.

iOffice User Preferences – Security Questions
Users can get to the Security Questions section of the interface by using the button located in the upper right. This interface contains two drop-down menus, and two text fields for users to configure specialized security questions that only they would know the answer to. This process is accomplished by selecting the security question in the drop-down menu, and writing in the appropriate response in the given text fields.
The security questions can then be locked into place using the Save button located at the bottom.
