SuperSalon 6.3.2

We always want to be sure that any changes we make to SuperSalon benefit you the most, as the software end user. This release brings a number of improvements to existing features and processes with it, to help make your job easier. Here’s what to expect.

Converting Appointments to Tickets

Appointments that are converted into a ticket on the sales tab can now be configured to retain their appointment time, similar to a call ahead ticket. This can be useful for salons that frequently accept walk in and call ahead customers alongside maintaining an active appointments book.

The setting that controls this is located in SuperSalon via Setup -> Software Settings –> Tickets & Sales.

Update

Appointments that are converted into a ticket on the sales tab can now be configured to retain their appointment time, as a call ahead ticket.

TSYS integrated credit card processing has had it’s communication software updated. This will help prevent processing delays, failed transactions, and double charges.

Salons using SuperSalon memberships will now be notified of outstanding batches and given the opportunity to run them manually on the sales screen.

Bugfix


Various bug fixes and minor performance enhancements.
