Editing Appointments

Users of SuperSalon can make changes to existing appointments as easily as they can with regular tickets. Access to this ability is governed by the Permissions feature.

Rescheduling an Appointment

Step One: From the Appointment Book, click or tap on the appointment to be rescheduled.

Step Two: From the Appointment Options pop up, click or tap on either the “Reschedule” button in the third button row, or the “Reschedule Itinerary” button in the bottom button array.

Step Three: The Appointment Book will then reappear. Click or tap on the new time. For the client, under the requested employee.

Step Four: The appointment will appear at the time slot as slightly transparent. Click or tap on the “Done” button to lock it in.

Step Five: From the Appointment Options screen, make any other changes that are needed, or click/tap on the “Ok” button to complete the task.

Changing the Duration of an Appointment

Step One: From the Appointment Book, click or tap on the appointment to be changed.

Step Two: Click or tap on the “Change Duration” button located in the center of the three button array under the “Edit service” heading.

Step Three: Using the arrows, configure the new amount of time the appointment should last.

Step Four: Click or tap on the “Ok” button.

Step Five: From the Appointment Options screen, make any other changes that are needed, or click/tap on the “Ok” button to complete the task.

Adding More Services to an Appointment

Step One: From the Appointment Book, click or tap on the appointment to be changed.

Step Two: Click or tap on the “Add Service” button located in the bottom array.

Step Three: Select the Category of the service to be performed by clicking or tapping on its entry.

Step Four: Select the individual service by clicking or tapping on its entry in the next pop up. It is possible to select multiples.

Step Five: When all requested services have been selected, use the “Done” button located in the bottom right.

Step Six: Click or tap on the “Done” button located in the bottom array of the Appointment Book, if no other changes are to be made.

Creating a Recurring Appointment

Step One: From the Appointment Book, click or tap on the appointment to be changed.

Step Two: Select the “Make Recurring” button located in the bottom array.

Step Three: In the “Make Recurring Itinerary” pop up, select the amount of weekly intervals, up to a maximum of 12, the appointment will be needed for that same time slot.

Step Four: Select the amount of times the recurring appointment will be repeated.

Step Five: Click or tap on the “Ok” button.

Step Six: If there are no conflicts, the “Save Recurring Itinerary” pop up will show the appointment to be successfully saved as recurring. In the event there are booking conflicts, the user has the option of double booking, or not booking for that particular week.

Step Seven: Click or tap on the “Ok” button.

Step Eight: If there are no other changes to be made to the appointment, click or tap on the “Ok” button to complete the task.
