Booking Appointments

SuperSalon’s Appointment Book has been optimized over the years to be as easy to use as possible. Bookings can be entered manually, or via the online check-in service.

Booking Appointments for Returning Customers

Step One: Using the time increments on the left, and the employee roster across the top of the screen, click or tap on the time the client would like to come in, under the requested or available employee.

Step Two: In the “Add New Item” pop up, click or tap on the “Book Service” button.

Step Three: Search for the client by either name, phone number, or ZIP Code. Results will populate with every character typed to speed up the process.

Step Four: Select the customer by clicking or tapping on their name, their customer info and history will populate on the right.

Step Five: Use the “Next” button, highlighted in the image to move on to Ticket Options.

Step Six: In the Ticket Options screen, select the service requested by the customer using the “Select Service” button. From there the user can drill down to the service based on category.

Step Seven: With the correct service selected, click or tap on the “Create Appointment” button.

Step Eight: The appointment will then appear in the Appointment Book, slightly transparent. Additional services can be added to it via the “Add/Remove Services” button in the lower left.

Step Nine: Click or tap on the “Done” button to create the appointment.

Step Ten: Review the Appointment Options screen for accuracy, and/or confirm the appointment using the green smiley faced “Confirm Appointment” button in the lower array.

Step Eleven: Click or tap on the “Ok” button in the lower right to return to the Appointment Book.


Booking Appointments for New Customers

Step One: Using the time increments on the left, and the employee roster across the top of the screen, click or tap on the time the client would like to come in, under the requested or available employee.

Step Two: In the “Add New Item” pop up, click or tap on the “Book Service” button.

Step Three: Select the “Add New Customer” button located in the bottom left corner of the customer selection screen.

Step Four: Fill in all the customer information required by the location, and when finished, use the “Save and Use” button to go to the Ticket Options screen.

Step Five: In the Ticket Options screen, select the service requested by the customer using the “Select Service” button. From there the user can select the Service based on category.

Step Six: With the correct service selected, click or tap on the “Create Appointment” button.

Step Seven: The appointment will then appear in the Appointment Book, slightly transparent. Additional services can be added to it via the “Add/Remove Services” button in the lower left.

Step Eight: Click or tap on the “Done” button to create the appointment.

Step Nine: Review the Appointment Options screen for accuracy, and/or confirm the appointment using the green smiley faced “Confirm Appointment” button in the lower array.

Step Ten: Click or tap on the “Ok” button in the lower right to return to the Appointment Book.
